I had such a moment at work last week, when a colleague turned into a friend with something as simple as, thoughtfully picking up my favourite chicken quiche, from this one bakery in muscat that does it right – Modern Oman Bakery.

First bite experience
This creamy, buttery fluff of Pastry with onion and shredded chicken filling will definitely crackle a smile that comes from the depths of your soul. Even my vegetarian friend seemed to be secretly salivating just looking at it.
P.S: Get there in the morning as these sell like hot cakes…ehhh like hot quiches.
